Case syncretism of adjectives (Synja Khanty)

NoAdjCase: Nouns are marked for case, but adnominal adjectives are not.

(1) jalǝp xɔ̄t

new house

’new house’

(2) jalǝp xɔ̄t-a

new house-lat

’into a new house’ (Onina 2009: 29)

There is no agreement between the adjunct and its head in Synja Khanty (cf. Onina 2009: 29).
