Case endings on nonfinites (Synja Khanty)

VInfCase: Case is marked on nouns; some case affixes attach directly to nonfinites as well, such that the inflected nonfinite serves a non­nominal (e.g., adverbial) function.

The infinitive and the adverbial particle are not marked for case in Synja Khanty. The present participle and the past participle can take locative and lative case-marking suffixes (Onina 2009: 44˗46.).
