In Hungarian, the verbal morphology indicates tense (1), (4), mood (7), (8), the definiteness of the object (2), (4), (6), the person and number of the subject, and second person objects (3). The tense and mood markers precede those suffixes which refer to the object, and the person and number of the subject.
