(2) fel-épít-ett-ék a szép ház-at.
up-build-pst-obj.3pl a beautiful house-acc
‘They have built a beautiful house.’
In Hungarian, the definite article always precedes the noun (1) or the noun group (2) (cf. Kugler 2000b: 282‒287).
