Occurrence of articles and demonstratives

Articles may appear alongside demonstratives in some languages, while others restrict this possibility.

Types:

NoArt: The language does not have articles.

ArtWithDem: Articles may appear alongside demonstratives.

NoArtWithDem: Articles may not appear alongside demonstratives.
