Universal quantifiers are – like quantifiers in general – attributive pronouns that express a meaning such as ‘every,’ ‘each,’ and ‘all.’ They appear either before or after the noun they modify.
Types:
NoQuant: The language does not have quantifiers.
QuantN: Quantifiers precede the nouns they modify.
NQuant: Quantifiers follow the nouns they modify.
When the word of quantifiers varies, multiple values can be listed. If one type is dominant, a slash (/) can separate the two values, with the dominant value appearing first; if neither is dominant, the two are listed with an ampersand (&) separating the two.
